There is no meaningful training you are thrown into the position to figure it out. Leaders are very standoffish and do not appear to really want to assist or provide valuable feedback or resolution. work life balance with shift is not good and was not explained when I took the position.

My peers are truly trying and are very approachable.

they do a good job with what they have been given
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team in my opinion is not friendly and is number driven only.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work day should be cut down from 12 hour shifts. Leaders should be able to bring their team donuts or other items if they like. More collaborative communication from upper leadership and more positivity in the work place.
