I came on board in Dec during the pandemic. I know a lot of things are different than what used to be the status quo. Sunnova is a young business in a young industry, so there are a lot of new changes and challenges that pop up often. Keeping up is difficult, but I have support from my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things almost daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm getting paid what I believe is competitive with the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart, goal-oriented, and I believe they clearly communicate those goals to everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Still new, I haven't met the entire team yet due to Covid, but everyone seems to get along well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect for others, but I have not interacted with enough people to get a good sense of the company culture.
