I am first of all grateful for the opportunity to be apart of Sunnova. The journey so far is neutral. There has been good and bad things I have come across in one year that makes my view of Sunnova Neutral. From employee appreciation days to supervisors not helping with questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with the group members when changes are made with dealers.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is that I get to work with good people and an amazing supervisor Viviana!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all nice to each other. Are willing to help one another. To make the demands that are given to us met as a whole team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the area is clean and organized. The chance for us to express our selves at our desk by decorating makes me feel at home. Also the fact that they do random events is always really nice!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not even hired yet and I will be completing an year this July. I was moved from departments to do more challenging tasks and I have done my part, but have not even been considered to be hired.
