So far, fantastic. Customers can be a bit trying at times, however it has never been to the point where coming to work is a chore. My co-workers and supervisor are amazing and hope that we all continue to do amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that we all have each others back and that we can rely on one another when things are stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is never a dumb question. Even when the answer is in our face, we can still ask and be shown respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well and can be open with each other when it comes to any issues that we have work related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The chain of command is very well put together in my opinion. When an issue is present, office level management is amazing about getting the correction for it as soon as possible and the FSM's are very easy to work with.
