Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Our management is inconsistent, plays favoeitism and retaliates against our employees. We arw expected to follow pilicies while management ignores them. They are disrespectful of their team and customers and show lack of concern for simple customer service. No leadership or positive reinforcement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is positive. When management is on the floor they rarelt interact with their team or customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair compensation for the work and working conditions expected of us and schedules reflected of the work and extra effort we give when asked to help managers fill shifts when asked.
