pretty good work environment, the only issue is that some employees are lazy and then you would have to pick up the slack or risk being overloaded with merchandise

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am relied on a lot to pick up the slack, while others waste their time and then I don't get credited for it. I think if I got a raise for all the extra work, I would feel better.
