Ulta Beauty – Customer service is the worst. My package was no where to be found and I was given the run around multiple times. I've spent thousands with Ulta and to be treated so poorly is very upsetting.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Making a more fair schedule. A person hired after me gets 26 hrs a week when I get 4 and probably do a better job.
