The location I work at is driven to provide people their medications at the earliest convenience possible. However, the way employees are treated is poorly. Some experienced co-workers would rather talk about you, have an attitude and be nasty than to simply help build you to their level.

It was a positive experience. The operations manager was nice and relatable at the time of my interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. I feel extremely undervalued. I've actually never felt like I didn't want to walk inside of a workplace like I do this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less attitude, less bullying (talking about people than just helping, purposefully putting people where you want them to not help them, belittling behavior), thinking their above the rest because they finally learned the job when they admitted to struggling when they first started
