It's a great organization for which to work. There is some confusion among workers about what the new mission is for Walgreens because of job cuts and program cuts. If the vision is improving healthcare and pharmacy, many are in question the retail will be left out.

Having the ability to purchase stock options at a discounted price. The freedom to change my stock options on purchased stocks.

The motivation to increase productivity even when morale is low. It shows management understands what is needed to show progress for the stakeholders.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging with customers, it creates a different feeling for the customer when they walk into a retail store and have company staff interact at a level that creates positivity, innovation, and enjoyment.
