I have always felt welcome and needed since starting here. I have been in the trash industry for over 8 years and been here for over 4 years and it is a difference of night and day. I love the company I work for and the work ethics involved.

I love their caring and compassion towards their team, company and the customers.

We all help each other in many ways and we are not just co-workers we are family here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we can all talk to each other and joke around to break up the monotony of the day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to talk to multiple types of people and I hope I can make at least one person smile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should be making significantly more than those just starting since I have been here for over 4 years.
