What are some of the best things about your team?
We all seem to get along pretty well and care about each others well being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care for their people and it shows daily. They are fair and equitable. They have good values and live up to what they preach about Servant Leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a Disabled Veteran I have to use the VA as my primary health provider which is great except they do not cover dental. Prior to Waste Connections I could by dental benefits only through our plans but since 2016 I have to pay private insurance for me and my sons which is not supplemented at all.
