I came to Waste Connections straight out of college in 2019 and have been here since. I love my job and I enjoy learning new things every day! Although we have our challenges they never outweigh the good that WC has to offer. I will stay with WC as long as I possibly can! This is my career!

They allow us to have a voice and work hand in hand with us to get the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical plan works wonders for my family so I am grateful for the health care benefits the most!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love building relationships with my customers while also helping them overcome obstacles they encounter. I love getting new sales and referrals from customers I've helped along with great Google Reviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all collaborate and work together on all challenges that come our way. If one of us needs help, all we have to do is call one of our teammates to help us out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all free to voice ideas and have them implemented if need be. Yes we are coworkers but there is also a sense of family culture that we have obtained over the years working here. I feel safe and proud to be apart of such a great team who gives everyone a chance to excel and grow in the company
