From my phone interview up to this day, the whole experience at this job is so worth coming into. I have been here a little under a month and haven't ever felt tired of this job or the atmosphere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k program is very nice!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowing I am coming into a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The whole team makes it so positive!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the care and support they give me not just as an employee but also take in consideration of my life outside of work. My manger has been a huge motivation to come to this job just from the support and help she gives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here for each other. When someone needs help, people jump in and help them, no hesitation. All of our personalities mesh well together, and we all support each other. I actually look forward coming into work because of this whole team including management I work with!
What makes you most happy at work?
When the customer has good experience with us and they are happy by the end of our contact. Hearing how something like trash is such a big part of people's lives and how we can positively affect them with our trash and recycling service on the CSR side.
