Less get to know you and more experience based questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Site management should be looked at with a more outside view
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe the site I work for is not working towards Waste Connections core values. It seems like management only cares what looks good on paper
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need proper training and instruction to better do their assigned job duties. We could work together more effectively if some coworkers were not unjustly ostracized for knowing how to operate more than basic equipment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was been made fun of by office staff at my interview, I have gotten less than adequate instruction by my lead, my complaints/concerns with my lead and management have fallen on dead ears by my site and district managers
