Despite all the issues, I think there are people sincerely making an effort to turn the company around and I feel overall quite happy and challenged here. I don't understand what the executive team is doing and think there may be some negativity from the veterans. We need to cut bad products ASAP.

Extremely data-centric and analytical approach across the board. Not much bureaucracy and relatively flat organization.

Learning about how to solve our problems and better understand how everything works. Sharpening my analytical and data skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making company goals and strategy more clear. Being decisive so things can move forward. Addressing obvious issues with quality control from a physical and digital product perspective. Giving any indication of what our values or culture are.
