Have had a positive experience with leadership so far. Maybe this is caused by remote work but it's hard to make meaningful connections with my team. Also hoping the company can turn around their performance to improve company morale and compensation packages going forward

Stock units became a fraction of their value and no RRSP employer matching in my location.

Better communication skills. It seems like there's no company culture requirements, at least in my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on my team I think is fulfilling and gives me opportunities for career development. Also I'm happy with my manager and his advice/feedback during 1 on 1s.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire based on technical skills and how the person could make a positive impact to company culture. It seems like a decent part of existing employees are only here because of the compensation, with little motivation for helping the company or making friends with coworkers.
