Fantastic people who care a lot. Company spins a bit out of control leading to urgency, inefficient work styles & processes, & burn out. Instead of chasing competitors, Wish needs to innovate and lead. Hopeful with new leadership and future of company, but am hesitant since not much has changed yet.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Manager and Director who care, listen, are knowledgable, approachable, supportive, and positive; incredibly supportive and kind teammates; company in general is a positive, kind, and respectful place to work. Fantastic people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Encourage thoughtful, complete project planning with realistic timeframes. Too often projects are rushed without proper planning, which overcomplicates deliverables, wastes a lot of peoples' time, and forces long work hours (and burn out) in a sense of urgency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are spread thin. Thoughtful project planning with realistic time frames would allow for efficient, smarter work; more effective outcomes; happier employees. Some company 401k match would raise benefits/perks from good to exceptional. Website/app desperately in need of redesign.
