Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
We have some issues in consistency; I believe that there are leaders not pointed at improvement (rooted in what we have done, not what we need to do) and we have some coworkers that are not on the same level of motivation or performance. That is my only frustration.

Open, friendly, helpful- we rarely have difficulty connecting or coming to agreements

The salary alone is great, but the health and fitness benefits are incredible additions. thank you!
