Great team, a lot of work with small team. There is never enough hours in the day. The work is challenging and when done feels great. Most managers are good with good intentions. Compensation is not as good but the team energy keeps you there.

I've been with the company for quite a while and I like the fact that I can grow with the company as the company expands. In addition, I like the no bullshit, heads down focusing on executing culture that the company is able to maintain.

Better work-life balance, kindness and empathy towards others

I really enjoy the work experience at Wish. That said, the two main pain points for me are the compensation imbalances and the lack of communication from the executive team during COVID. We have somehow regressed in company meeting frequency to 1 in several months, and they often run short..
