It can be fun to work here, however seems like not all managers have the growth/engagement of their teams in mind. There should be anonymous review of managers, so people can feel comfortable giving feedback without fearing retaliation.

I feel like I don't have much say/negotiation when it comes to salary or raises, as they are decided and then communicated to me, rather than discussed.
