I like being apart of the start-up culture and learning as much as I can from everyone.

Working in a small team, I feel as if everyones personality shines through while doing work. Everyones thoughts and opinions are heard without putting down one another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they treat me as a person and not just as an employee. If I need to talk to them about an issue I feel comfortable going to them and discussing it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how they trust me with doing the work I am assigned. I am not being micro-managed which I hate, they have their full trust that I will do what I committed to.
