I feel like they really care about us as individual people and understand the value of work/life balance so I love that they're doing what they can to provide a comfortable and balanced environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Putting people first so understanding that we are within the customer service realm but that doesn't mean that we forget about the employees who work hard at what they do otherwise it negates our values for our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so collaborative and supportive, I'm always in awe when I shadow their calls because they're all so smart and make it seem so effortless and I strive to get on their level and become as skilled as them within my role.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the camaraderie and being able to meet people from different viewpoints, lifestyles, different locations. We're all part of a well-oiled engine and each part is so valuable to the success and growth of the company. And I absolutely feel like my team is so nice, funny, and smart.
