I'm happy to be a part of the company, but my manager feels really distant, and a lot of little things are unclear to me. Asking feels uncomfortable.

The drive to quick promotion and upwards mobility.

Getting results, obviously. That's sales.

They're mostly really nice, and usually answer quickly on slack

We're all willing to help each other, even given the highly competitive nature of our jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a fairly new SDR, and the comp package is totally unclear. The benefits team hasn't answered my emails, no details have been provided on equity, and the comp does not align with the OTI on my offer letter. I haven't done much to try to get clarity on these matters, but I don't know who to ask.
