I'm very new, but other than a few onboarding hiccups, I'd say the experience is very positive. As I've noted before, it's encouraged for employees to be curious and to dive in, even if mistakes are made. That is inspiring.

I'm still in my infancy with Zoominfo and have not had much interaction with the team, but overall, I can say that everyone is very helpful and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with a variety of people in various departments and roles. I'm really looking forward to the day when there are more people in the office on a regular basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say that people want you to succeed in your role and within my respective department. My experience is that the people with whom I've interacted encourage me to ask questions, which tells me they want me to be curious and to learn.
