I've only been here a few months but I am tired. No one has asked me about professional development. I stay because the compensation is excellent. My teammates are great. The culture needs improvement. We need an executive culture person who comes in from the outside and makes changes.

We work together very well. Everyone puts in good effort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am fairly new to the company and I am already burnt out. The expectation is that you work all the time. Working after hours and on weekends is praised instead of discouraged. Everyone works over the weekends to catch up on stuff that couldn't be completed.
