Thus far I'm really enjoying it. I think that its still very early stages for me so most of my answers to this could change in the coming months but I get the sense that you'll be successful here is you want to be. I do wish my immediate team was a little friendlier but I'm sure they're just busy.

I really enjoy learning about my peers. What they love about ZI and how they navigate their work life.

I like that they all seem to have a vested interest in retention and that it doesn't appear to fall on one team or another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think ZI does a great job of fostering a culturally conscious environment. They're careful not to offend but also to behave in a way that is inclusive.
