I think the company is great and I'm excited to grow. I'm content with what I have in this moment. I think the company will do very well and I think leadership is great. There's a few things to be done differently and I believe they'll be addressed, I wish I felt valued and seen as an individual

Base pay is very fair.

The growth mentality and the idea of everyone trying to contribute to the positive direction of the company.

The growth of the company is very impressive. I feel like I'm contributing to that growth, they do a good job getting everyone excited.

Doing my job well. Being given a moments praise but that's typically from coworkers rather than management other than 1-2 exceptions
