Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. Our only complaint about the Bob Evans restaurant we patronize, is that 90% of the patrons are 60-65 and older. The temperature is usually an uncomfortable 66-68* F. You have to wear extra clothes or long sleeved shirts. You may get a hot meall, but gets cold very fast because of the temperature.
