The online system is always down. You get a white screen with the words 'not found' in the upper left hand corner. This is the 5th time I have had this happen. As a Senior, I rely on Jewel to deliver on frigid days. This is not happening at the moment. Get a new system.

Udeals are a fantastic savenings for all, especially senior citizens. Unfortunately, the complexity of clipping and find the product is overwhelming Just come and observe seniors trying to clip and shop. I have frequently just walked out becsuse of the stress Or have had to go to customer service
