I've lived at this hotel for 6 months. The owner has charged me 130 a day for 6 months even when advertised as 60-80, when I pay cash they don't put it in the system and demand more money from me. They withhold my points and take advantage of my situation

Replace beds, do renovations, clean parking lot and around building. Have red roof corporate actually do inspections and get hotels straighten out.

Most franchises I have had to utilized are Hindi run, which in my experience are rudely managed and unkept. Unfortunately there are seldom many options at the price point we require.
