Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. Almost everthing now. The quality snd service we came to appreciate is no longer. The prices and food quality is so disappointing that we are planning to shop elsewhere after being a loyal 25+ year customer. The stores are not staffed and shelves empty.
