What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

If Corporate puts out labels or cards that when you purchase an item, it should honor what is printed on the card or label for included items or services. It is WRONG to have the customer have to spend valuable time to get what is lawfully ours. I will not shop at Macey's ever again, nor Sealy. Done

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have purchased 6 temper pedic beds. I purchase several sheet sets every year. This year the sheets didn't fit. I bought (2) pairs and tried to return the unopened used set and could not. Very poor customer service.
