Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. Sending quality products and standing behind them. I received a gift in the mail that was stained and dirty and they would not exchange the item for me because it was past 30-days. I cannot control the timeline in which a gift was given to me. This is rude and uncalled for.

This compsny works with SAW enterprises and based on my experience I believe they give incentive for technicians to lie on their reports. We had a technician evaluate and say our furniture had a manufacture defect and needed replacing however the report said no issue and Z gallerie wont replace

Delivery and customer service. They refused to deliver to my house because they did nit want to go up 5 flights of stairs. They claim they give white glove service but it definitely wad not!

I keep receiving damaged merchandise, no way to speak to anyone in charge. It has been about six months and I'm waiting on a vase that had to be returned 3 times. You would think management would reach out to me.
