What is the best part about your compensation package?

They gave you shares in the company and even paid cash dividends in those shares on more than one occasion. It's great to get a surprise check for $1,500. They would send random gifts to say thank you for being on our team. A speaker, back pack, hammock, gift cards ECT.

Best health insurance out there.

It is all just awesome.

The structure of both Bonus pay and annual leave to be determined by our actions. If we have dependable attendance we get more days off. If are quality scores and customer interactions are good we get a decent bonus.

I have been very well cared for at 1-800.

I work hard and stay loyal every day and make the company money and i am paid less than a fast food worker.
