What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Inclusiveness. I learn differently. I can come across as argumentative but my flaws were embraced and I never once felt unheard.

Transparency, good work life balance

Management sets a great example of how to treat people.

The positive work culture is infectious! It's hard for people to tour our buildings without wanting to work here.
