What did you like most about the interview process?It was genuinely like a conversation with a friend rather than the standard stress inducing interrogation.
What makes you most happy at work?The ability to help people empowered by the company with the trust to help any way I could given unique situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Inclusiveness. I learn differently. I can come across as argumentative but my flaws were embraced and I never once felt unheard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work hard and stay loyal every day and make the company money and i am paid less than a fast food worker.
