What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were promoted within the company so their knowledge base was vast and they new what we were experiencing from personal experience and were able to help accordingly. Or get you with someone who could help you better than they themselves could.
Real, honest, humble and smart individuals
They actually care about the employees. I know every one of my managers cares about me.
They talk to us like we are on their level. They share stories of vulnerability with us to make us feel ok when we are having difficult days.
They truly listen and engage with employees at all levels. I have high trust that they will help the company succeed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They gave you shares in the company and even paid cash dividends in those shares on more than one occasion. It's great to get a surprise check for $1,500. They would send random gifts to say thank you for being on our team. A speaker, back pack, hammock, gift cards ECT.
Best health insurance out there.
It is all just awesome.
The structure of both Bonus pay and annual leave to be determined by our actions. If we have dependable attendance we get more days off. If are quality scores and customer interactions are good we get a decent bonus.
I have been very well cared for at 1-800.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard and stay loyal every day and make the company money and i am paid less than a fast food worker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They were absolutely there to help you succeed in any way they could. Genuinely cared.
Committed ,dedicated, opportunities to work remote.
They are kind, inclusive, and helpful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness. I learn differently. I can come across as argumentative but my flaws were embraced and I never once felt unheard.
Transparency, good work life balance
Management sets a great example of how to treat people.
The positive work culture is infectious! It's hard for people to tour our buildings without wanting to work here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It was genuinely like a conversation with a friend rather than the standard stress inducing interrogation.
Recruiter was on top of things, and communicated every step if the process
