What did you like most about the interview process?
When I applied, I was interviewed by someone from HR Not sure what the process is, but it looks like they hired just about anybody now

Process is easy and prompt
All the managers were very kind and thoughtful.
Was very friendly and felt comfortable enough to ask questions I might have not asked
I liked that I was able to be myself, it wasn't the kind of interview where one has to be nervous or dress up
The interview process pretty easy they should bring back training that was so helpful for employees cause they don't know what they are doing and the employees balrey train them write but that's it
And how fast they make you believe that everything is good but once you step into the workforce it's not good
He made me feel very relaxed.

It was calm, fast, and to the point. Hiring was a fast process as well
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More open interviews along with managers who know how to properly give an interview
It's okay watch a lot of videos learning
Breathing is necessary. Besides that they don't vet or take the time to know the job candidate.
Have more qualified people conduct the interview.
Ask questions about there experience in retail
