What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything they were the worst job uve had and store wasnt ran up to frys expectations and training

Communication and synergy among the leadership team.

There is a lack of morale and support to associates at the workplace which brings down all workers mentality and happiness. It would help to have more support and boost in morale

They need to communicate better

Know how to do their job right

I feel that they could improve their capacity to be compassionate or understanding that my line of work normally is split between 2 to 3 people and yet being the only real bookkeeper leaves me with an overwhelming amount of tasks that I am unable to complete when limited with a short time to work.

constructive criticism and positive energy to pump up employees. make them laugh and enjoy their work, and reward the good ones instead of finding something to scream about. People shouldn't dread coming in. They should be excited to be there and proud to be a part of a unique team!

Lack Communication and feel observed all the time. Lack of leadership has perffernce employees at store. No help, etc

Making their employees feel heard

Caring. Pride in how they treat their subordinates. Lead by example.

Professinalism, communication, and accountability. They hold no standard for the people running their stores and it is absolutely disgusting. They allow employees to be over worked and set ip for failure.

Treating the employees better that's why so many are quitting and that's why so many don't want to work there

Stop covering things up and lying

Not lying to the upper mgt

Getting out of the offices walk the store and keep the customers happy
