There is a lack of morale and support to associates at the workplace which brings down all workers mentality and happiness. It would help to have more support and boost in morale

constructive criticism and positive energy to pump up employees. make them laugh and enjoy their work, and reward the good ones instead of finding something to scream about. People shouldn't dread coming in. They should be excited to be there and proud to be a part of a unique team!

Professinalism, communication, and accountability. They hold no standard for the people running their stores and it is absolutely disgusting. They allow employees to be over worked and set ip for failure.
Caring. Pride in how they treat their subordinates. Lead by example.
Making their employees feel heard
I feel that they could improve their capacity to be compassionate or understanding that my line of work normally is split between 2 to 3 people and yet being the only real bookkeeper leaves me with an overwhelming amount of tasks that I am unable to complete when limited with a short time to work.
