What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about my team does it demand the work to be done

I feel as if my coworkers and I can come to an understanding to where we are on the same side and dealing with the same struggles in life and in the workplace.

I dont have too much to say about them

They're awesome & we work well together

I feel happy and excited when I come into work and can interact with my fellow associates - they've made working at my store wonderful. I feel welcomed and that I can openly talk to them about any personal issues; there is no judgement when I interact with them.

Some of them will work hard to get the job done and they take pride in their work. These are the ones that have no problem helping others really struggling with their work.

Supportive. Caring. They want to do well. They try. They are not given the training and guidance needed to work to their potential.

There's a handful of them that are really good the rest of them are not good

We are a team with the same goals.

They actually work together to solve problems

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They could stop with the constant talking about eachother behind their backs

I'm not sure about the schedule

A lot of them are not being trained properly

Work as a team so we can do better

Finding people that actually do there jobs , work hard and pay attention to customers , dosent give attitude , dosent take multiple breaks , dosent leave early , is friendly , dosent target certain employees , if they get in trouble accept they got in trouble cause of what they did and work as ateam

They have low morale because they are overworked and underpayed. Value your employees and that may change.

We could be staffed better. Always scheduled a skeleton crew, and sometimes less. Give more training to old and new employees.
