Men's Wearhouse Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

6 weeks' vacation paid after five years

Health benefits and Paid Time Off benefits.

Great insurance for reasonable prices

Vacation time is ample but hard to actually take off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company just went bankrupt a few years ago, they are willing to do anything to cut corners and if you don't, they will find a yes man who will

The company is ran with any rules or hr policies

If ylu teeated the employees like people

I feel undervalued because there is no commission selling and should compensate employees for those changes.

Expected to do 5 jobs and be only paid for 1. Seems outlandish and no one should have to suffer that type of torment

Commission would be better and not cutting full time employees down to 20 hours would be great.

Maybe if they brought back commission it'd be more worthwhile.

Better pay and better encouraging work enviornment

Because first I was dealing with a gentleman a little too handsy, then a guy whos too flirty, and now I thought i was gonna be trained to be the best until someone new came along.

I've worked here for 4 years and make only a dollar above minimum wage, and that's because I fought for it and contacted the regional manager myself.

The top can still live comfortably but cut the pay of employees in the store and use COVID 19 as an excuse. The top ran the company into the ground before COVID and now use it and an excuse.

Review from Sales Dept

I worked full time & was not give benefits such as -much needed- health insurance, I was told not to tell but I am an open book and needed money, 5 years & no raise; even berated by my store & formal wear managers behind closed doors, moving the goal post so I never did enough- I did not deserve it.

all the work i do doesn't compare to what im being paid to do. Every other week new task are added but our pay doesn't change
