At first it was absolutely a great place to work but now the company takes full advantage of the employees work ethic

They are in serious need of retraining

They really need to revamp them. The team before this one was 100% better

The product quality has changed and the customers are very unhappy with the product produced

All the perks that were a benefit to what we weren't getting has now been cut
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
all the work i do doesn't compare to what im being paid to do. Every other week new task are added but our pay doesn't change
