  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Manger in work place for the manager can't look at the circle and to make sure find the department place if things need to be switch and to always make sure all team in the work place to make sure relationship are always strong.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Roll model and show more patient to your team. Understanding and team player and at all time to make sure every client get there need of work done and taken care with strong customer services.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I have ask it will be better to have a manger in the work place because a team lead is not a full manger and not enuff skills to be a manger yet. It's nice to have a sight manger and a team lead in the work place
