Kent A. Hansen — Chief Accounting Officer & Controller at LSC Communications

Mr. Kent A. Hansen has been Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at LSC Communications, Inc. since October 2016. Mr. Hansen has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Williams Interactive LLC since July 2012. Mr. Hansen leads the global management of finance, accounting, analysis and budgeting/forecasting. He served as Vice President and Assistant Controller of Baxalta, Incorporated from 2015 to 2016. He served in various finance and accounting roles from 2006 to 2015 with Scientific Games Corporation (formerly WMS Industries, Inc.), including Assistant Controller and Group Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hansen served as Executive Director of Commercial Finance for WMS Industries until June 2012, where he was responsible for leading and directing the annual global revenue budget and three-year planning process, as well as guiding the global commercial team on deal structuring, revenue recognition guidance and the development of tools and analysis in order to achieve both WMS goals and specific customer needs. Before joining WMS Industries as Director of Accounting & SEC Reporting in 2006, Mr. Hansen rose to Senior Manager and Auditor at Ernst and Young LLP, where he successfully managed and led global audit teams, including a two year assignment in Stuttgart, Germany and supported the Chairman of the AICPA's Accounting Standards Executive Committee. Mr. Hansen also served as the Director SEC Reporting at Accenture. Mr. Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hansen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1994 and received a Master of Business Administration Degree with emphasis in International Business, Finance, Management & Strategy, from Northwestern University in 2003.
