To late,they closed my Plant,and Quinlan who held 3 positions,Chairman,Ceo and President,never stepped foot inside our Plant,a disgrace ,when stock was a penny a share

Open to communication most of the time
We stick together even though management teaches zero team skills.
Mostly good people, just stuck in a bad company.
Some of them are actually hard workers and somewhat knowledgeable.
They need to feel(be) appreciated so that their personality improves. They don't like the job so their attitude is negative.
How we all work together and help one another
Co workers but upper management makes things more stressful than it really is . The ones been here 20 yes plus ain't right, the way they teach to tired to answer questions.
Coworkers that continue to due a good job even though they are treated poorly by the company.

The company needs to understand without good employees there is no company. Restructure pay and benefits
Overtime needs to stop. Working 1000 hrs overtime a year isn't healthy for anybody. A company that just makes money is a bad company
Managers need to listen to what the people on the floor need from them to be successful. Not much encouragement given, only when you make a mistake.

The attitude that everything must be done for the benefit of the company. Start treating employees like the asset that they truly are! A little give and take....not just take take take.
