What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work hard and come together to complete our heavy work responsibilities.
Open to communication most of the time
We stick together even though management teaches zero team skills.
Mostly good people, just stuck in a bad company.
Some of them are actually hard workers and somewhat knowledgeable.
2 of our top managers was ok,but the corporation,never listened to them anyway.
WE DONT HAVE VERY MUCH INTERACTION WITH THE SAME PEO[LE, BECAUSE WE ROTATE EVERYDAY AND WE ALL HATE THAT. WE NEVER KNOW WHERE ARE WE WORKING THE NEXT DAY. A LOT OF PEOLE QUIT FOR THAT REASON.
