They are all stale, need some new blood. Just show that they care about the employees that come to work .

Appreciate the hard working blue collar employess,instead of acting like they don't exist.
The management team does not use the experience of the employees on the floor to make decisions, they make them based on their own perception. Their perception is not based on what is actually happening in the work process.
I have no experience running a business at all I'm just 27 years old. I whole heatedly believe that I could run this company and implement better ways of doing absolutely everything from top to bottom. It blows my mind
