I worked for LSC Communications for over 32 yrs and basically they are horrible and really don't know how to run a business(Executives,higher ups).The upper management only thinks about lining up their pockets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Why explain your not going to listen or do anything anyway.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I said earlier,fire the whole dam corporate team and get some people that knows how to run a business and not just think about lining their pockets.
