My manager is very quick to understand what is needed.

The leadership team has promoted and created an environment where talent and hard work is recognized, DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) are more than just talked about but actually integrated, and employees are compensated appropriately!

Having empathy. They need to humble themselves and take time to listen to the employees before automatically reeming them out. Also, they need to learn that the best way to make sales is to treat people with respect.

Leadership needs to be more transparent. constant spinning and tap dancing turns employees off. Not genuine in any way - plastic.

stop with favoritism & giving credit to their favorites for the work others did. get accustomed to non project management leadership style.

Promoting deserving people. At the end everything is on mercy of manager who understands nothing of technology and promoting bootlickers

Treating customer and employees with dignity and respect. The leadership team honestly believes that a forced return to office post pandemic, pizza parties and infantile games are how to respect employees. Utterly ridiculous.

Why ask, leadership only think about their bonus

Everything. If there's no expectation of training (I was told there was when hired), be honest and upfront about it. Also, team & company's culture is absolutely toxic. Come in very early, stay super late and work on weekends as well. Going above and beyond is considered "doing your job".

Be more realistic with project deadlines

Pay, and team direction. Wrong people are getting promoted.

Worm intakes processes. Team management.

Let us work and not throw numbers that we have to make . Also writing down on paper a useless list. Having the computer that the company invested on for us to log our notes.

Actually listening to the employee and implementing the feedback from the floor workers—not the people in the cushy position
