Human contact, empathy, they root you for move up in the company
Business oriented; open to changes
The leadership team includes everyone on that team. It isn't a one-person team.
Results oriented and forward thinking
Compassionate, seem to put people first.
Freedom and transperency at work
Help us to improve and guide us always to what is right
Review from Customer Support Dept
99% of the team leaders have been super positive and helpful
Very manageable and smart thinking
Market level management is inexperienced and primarily concerned with their incentive scorecard.
they are humble and supportive
Awesome really helpful and so friendly
Empathy, design-oriented and lead with human-centered design thinking focused on users.
They provide growth opportunities and career development
People focused and technology focused
My leadership team is always helping us to achieve our goals.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening, caring, supportive , professional
My manager is very quick to understand what is needed.
The leadership team has promoted and created an environment where talent and hard work is recognized, DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) are more than just talked about but actually integrated, and employees are compensated appropriately!
They are down to earth and lead by inspiring.
Communicate should get better. Understand what employees are looking for
Listen to your employees about return to office.
they have to move away from command and control method
Too stringent and narrow-minded on potentials for the future
Review from Engineering Dept
Having empathy. They need to humble themselves and take time to listen to the employees before automatically reeming them out. Also, they need to learn that the best way to make sales is to treat people with respect.
Understanding that markets perform differently across the country. They need to understand the way people communicate is changing and people do not answer the phone anymore
Continue the heightened focus on people and relationships.
Increase the salary and give the fare rating
Leadership needs to be more transparent. constant spinning and tap dancing turns employees off. Not genuine in any way - plastic.
stop with favoritism & giving credit to their favorites for the work others did. get accustomed to non project management leadership style.
Review from Product Dept
They'd need to learn to trust and care about their associates
Promoting deserving people. At the end everything is on mercy of manager who understands nothing of technology and promoting bootlickers
Treating customer and employees with dignity and respect. The leadership team honestly believes that a forced return to office post pandemic, pizza parties and infantile games are how to respect employees. Utterly ridiculous.
Why ask, leadership only think about their bonus
Everything. If there's no expectation of training (I was told there was when hired), be honest and upfront about it. Also, team & company's culture is absolutely toxic. Come in very early, stay super late and work on weekends as well. Going above and beyond is considered "doing your job".
Pay, and team direction. Wrong people are getting promoted.
Worm intakes processes. Team management.
Review from IT Dept
Let us work and not throw numbers that we have to make . Also writing down on paper a useless list. Having the computer that the company invested on for us to log our notes.
Actually listening to the employee and implementing the feedback from the floor workers—not the people in the cushy position
Be more realistic with project deadlines
