No micro management, we share out of office
we sail on the same boat
We are like a family. You are never alone and they are always there. It take a village.
The willingness to accept everyone, they're kind and helpful, they integrate new people easily despite the poor leadership of the team. I work with great people, they're the best part about the organization and they deserve better leadership.

Not a competitive environment, everyone is happy to help eachother.
A few coworkers still have the human element about them. They aren't happy either but they try to make the day better for others. Even when you have coworkers who try to step on others to move up, theres still the good ones to make coming in worth it.

We still have a talented team even though some good folks have left. Team members support each other.

We don’t talk we just work work work if I do try to engage anybody it is frowned up

Felt like high school, where everyone sticks to their friends and that's it (at least on my team). Tried to interact with members of my own team and was given the cold shoulder 90% of the time. A couple of my coworkers were cool but they sat on the other side of the building (found that bizarre too)

Sadly it's only 2 of them that make things difficult. They need to put their personal feelings about you aside. Be the professional we are paid to be during our work time together.
Remove the incentive for personal gain through competition. Tie compensation and rewards to group performance metrics. Lots of "using" going on and not enough collaboration. People leave after they've learned what you've taught them, or they turn around and steal the idea as their own.
They are ruled by fear of speaking out and belittled id they cross their supposed lane
